This policy applies to Maple Leaf Media Group Inc. (the "firm") and to all personal information collected through the firm's website, client engagements and recruitment activities. We collect contact information, business affiliation, and the contents of enquiries voluntarily submitted to the firm. We do not collect special-category information without express consent.

Personal information is used solely to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, and meet the firm's legal and regulatory obligations. The firm does not sell personal information.
