Sarah leads new business engagement and client stewardship across the firm's corporate communications and publishing practices. She joined the firm in 2012 and has overseen mandates for issuers on the TSX, TSX-V and NYSE.
Founded in Toronto in 2009, Maple Leaf Media Group Inc. provides senior counsel and publishing services to listed issuers, Crown corporations, regulated industries and the broader public sector.
The firm was established in the autumn of 2009, in the wake of the financial crisis, on the conviction that Canadian institutions deserved communications counsel that matched the seriousness of their disclosure obligations. We began with a small editorial team serving three listed issuers on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Today, we advise more than ninety active client organisations across Canada and the United States, with programmes spanning continuous-disclosure publishing, investor relations, public affairs and the production of long-form editorial — annual reports, sector journals, white papers and member publications.
We remain a privately held, Canadian-controlled corporation, incorporated federally under the Canada Business Corporations Act. Our head office is at 2300 Yonge Street, Suite 1600, Toronto, Ontario M4P 1E4, Canada.

To produce communications that meet the standards of the boards, regulators and audiences for which they are intended — and to do so with the editorial discipline of a publishing house.
The firm is led by a four-member executive committee and overseen by an independent advisory board. Our editorial governance framework is reviewed annually and aligned to CPRS and IABC professional standards.

Priya leads the firm's editorial standards, French/English translation oversight, and AODA-conformant publishing programme. She is a former managing editor at a national business title.
We acknowledge that our head office in Toronto is located on the traditional territories of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabe, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
The firm maintains a documented programme of pro-bono editorial support for Canadian charitable organisations, and operates an internal sustainability policy aligned with the federal Greening Government Strategy for our print procurement and supplier selection.
